As part of ISVPS’ commitment to offering its Candidates a valuable learning experience, we offer an assessment process reflecting best practice, application of clinical knowledge and driving meaningful learning.
With our ‘Online Spot Test’, Candidates have the opportunity to demonstrate experience, knowledge and clinical skills. This will ensure that reflection on clinical cases takes place and that the student approach to practical situations is assessed to a greater extent beyond what written accounts can provide.
Always supportive and receptive to our Candidates’ feedback, ISVPS has observed that the name Online Spot Test was not describing the format and aim of this assessment, so a new term has been chosen to designate this examination.
The new name, Online Applied Knowledge Examination (OAKE), better reflects the test characteristics and represents a good way to communicate to our Candidates the type of evaluation they are expected to undertake.
PLEASE, CONSIDER THAT ONLY THE NAME HAS BEEN CHANGED, BUT THE FORMAT AND CONTENT OF THE EXAMINATION HAVE BEEN MAINTAINED.
