L\u2019ISVPS est une organisation fond\u00e9e en 2003, par un groupe de v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires qui partageaient les m\u00eames id\u00e9es, avec l\u2019objectif principal de permettre, aux v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires travaillant \u00e0 plein-temps, d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des formations de qualit\u00e9.
Le General Practitioner Certificate et le Veterinary Technician Certificate ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires et des ASV, qui souhaitent obtenir une qualification post-universitaire sans y consacrer trop de temps, ayant une vie professionnelle d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien remplie.<\/p>\n

Nos Sp\u00e9cialistes en Organisation d\u2019Examens et nos Conseillers Clients vous soutiennent et vous conseillent tout au long du processus d\u2019\u00e9valuation. Le Conseil Acad\u00e9mique est compos\u00e9 de 10 v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires sp\u00e9cialistes en diff\u00e9rentes disciplines provenant du monde entier.<\/p>\n

Cette composition de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de l\u2019ISVPS garantit que nos m\u00e9thodes d\u2019\u00e9valuation sont r\u00e9vis\u00e9es en permanence afin d\u2019atteindre les niveaux de qualit\u00e9 les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s et qu\u2019elles restent pertinentes du point de vue clinique. Nous souhaitons \u00e9galement nous assurer qu\u2019elles sont adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la pratique clinique intensive et aux d\u00e9fis qui en d\u00e9coulent. Les formations sont accr\u00e9dit\u00e9es par nous afin de garantir que vous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiez en permanence du respect rigoureux des normes de qualit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de formation continue. Le comit\u00e9 de direction de l\u2019ISVPS est constitu\u00e9 par quatre membres, trois desquels sont eux-m\u00eames dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialistes qui apportent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe de l\u2019ISVPS une vaste exp\u00e9rience dans les domaines acad\u00e9mique, de la pratique clinique, de l\u2019enseignement.<\/p>\n

Notre directrice principale de l\u2019ISVPS, Dr. Sheila Wills (BSc BVetMed CertSAM DipECVIM-CA MRCVS) est une sp\u00e9cialiste de l\u2019European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine en M\u00e9decine des Petits Animaux et sp\u00e9cialiste du Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons en M\u00e9decine F\u00e9line.<\/p>\n

Notre pr\u00e9sident acad\u00e9mique, Dr. Simon Wheeler (BVSc CertVR PhD DipECVN MBA FRCVS) est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 et pr\u00e9sident du European College of Veterinary Neurology. Il est aussi membre du Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons et il est professeur adjoint d\u2019\u00c9tudes Cliniques dans le College of Veterinary Medecine, North Carolina State University.<\/p>\n

Dr John Houlton (MA VetMB DSAO DVR DipECVS FRCVS) est un dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 en Radiologie V\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire et Orthop\u00e9die des Petits Animaux du Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 du European College of Veterinary Surgeons et membre du Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Nos directeurs travaillent en \u00e9troite collaboration pour assurer que le plus haut niveau acad\u00e9mique est atteint dans tous les certificats de l\u2019ISVPS et pour apporter des id\u00e9es et de l\u2019orientation dans le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux processus d\u2019\u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n

Le Conseil acad\u00e9mique est compos\u00e9 de 10 sp\u00e9cialistes internationaux en diff\u00e9rentes disciplines de la m\u00e9decine v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire hautement reconnus dans leurs domaines de sp\u00e9cialisation dans le monde entier. Le Conseil Acad\u00e9mique fournit des conseils pr\u00e9cieux sur la formation continue et les conditions d\u2019\u00e9valuation dans les diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions, permettant \u00e0 l\u2019ISVPS de d\u00e9velopper des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019\u00e9valuation innovantes et avanc\u00e9es.
L\u2019ISVPS s\u2019efforce constamment d\u2019assurer que tous les General Practitioner Certificate sont standardis\u00e9s internationalement. \n Charlotte French<\/strong> MA VetMB MRCVS Bsc (ARCS) PGCVetEd FHEA<\/em> | Academic Manager\n
<\/div>\n \n

Dr Charlotte French MA VetMB BSc (ARCS) PGCVetEd FHEA MRCVS studied veterinary medicine at Cambridge, following a first degree in Zoology.\u00a0 She has since spent more than 25 years working in both mixed and small animal practice and in shelter medicine. She has worked extensively in veterinary education, training veterinary nurses and developing curricula at diploma and degree levels. She has also worked with awarding bodies. In 2017 she completed a postgraduate certificate in Veterinary Education from the RVC and was awarded Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.\u00a0 She joined Improve Veterinary Education in 2020 and is ISVPS Academic Manager, overseeing the development and quality of all assessments.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\n

\n Tim Charlesworth<\/strong> MA VetMB CertSAS DSAS(ST) MRCVS<\/em> | Academic Chairman\n

Tim graduated from Cambridge in 2001 and after a brief period in mixed practice moved to Eastcott in Swindon. Tim went on to gain the RCVS Certificate in small animal surgery in 2006 followed by the RCVS diploma in Small Animal Surgery (Soft Tissue) in 2012. Tim is currently an RCVS Recognised Specialist in Small Animal Surgery (Soft Tissue) and is Head of Surgery at Eastcott Referrals where he enjoys a large and diverse caseload having particular interests in minimally invasive surgery, surgical oncology and emergency surgical conditions.<\/p>\n

Tim has examined for the RCVS both at certificate and diploma levels and is currently a committee member of the Association of Veterinary Soft Tissue Surgery (AVSTS). Tim has lectured both nationally and internationally on a wide range of topics and has a passion for developing and improving systems for post-graduate education.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n Maria Jos\u00e9 Ag\u00fcero<\/strong> <\/em> | Lead Coordinator (European Based) \n
<\/div>\n \n

Maria Jos\u00e9 Ag\u00fcero, born in San Juan, Argentina, graduated in Social Work and has lived in the city of Porto, Portugal since 2014.<\/p>\n

She began her academic career at the Universidad Nacional de San Juan, Argentina (2008\/2012), having also studied at the Instituto Polit\u00e9cnico de M\u00e9xico, Mexico City (2012) and at Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, Mexico City (2013). Maria completed her studies at the Instituto de Servi\u00e7o Social do Porto, Portugal (2014\/2016) and has participated in different projects in the social and healthcare area in Argentina, Mexico, and Portugal.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t

\n Hannah Haynes<\/strong> RVN FdSc Cert VN ECC<\/em> | Examination Coordinator (English Assessments) \n

Hannah is an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse, having qualified in 2011 from Harper Adams University. Hannah has worked in a variety of practices, including a mixed hospital in Devon, with her main passions being in diagnostic imaging and emergency and critical care. Hannah joined ISVPS as an examination coordinator for the nurses certificates in January 2022.<\/p>\n

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys exploring the Cotswold countryside with her partner and Cockapoo, learning campanology, and baking a new recipe.<\/p>\n

H\u00e9lder is originally from Vila Nova de Gaia and concluded his Business Administration studies in 2013 when he first started working in Education Management. Before joining ISVPS as Examination coordinator for Spain and Portugal, he worked in Online Education as an instructor and academic adviser. In his spare time he loves travelling, playing musical instruments and spending time with his dog.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t

\n Ivete Ribeiro<\/strong> <\/em> | French Examination Coordinator \n
<\/div>\n \n

Ivete Ribeiro studied Music at the Music Conservatory in Aveiro. In 2009 she graduated in Languages and Publishing Studies in the University of Aveiro, where in 2012, she obtained a Masters in Languages, Literatures and Cultures. In 2014 she attended a course of International Commerce and in 2016, she completed a post-graduation in Legal Translation of French in the same university. In 2009, she started working as a music teacher at the elementary school. Before joining the ISPVS as French Examination Coordinator, she worked in a 3D Printing Company’s customer service team. She has also been working as a French translator of legal documents since 2010.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t

Marialetizia Villa is a qualified Veterinary Technician, and joined ISVPS as the Italian Examination Coordinator c\/o SCIVAC, Cremona (IT) in 2014. Marialetizia has scientific training, high level of experience about sales line management, employee relations with pet shop, veterinary pharmacy, wholesaler.<\/p>\n

Marialetizia’s role includes coordination and management of sales activities as consultant for product for animal health, coordination of breeder\u2019s line events, employee relationship with veterinary and organisation veterinary scientific\u2019s events. Marialetizia’s strengths are team oriented, problem solving, excellent independent business and team worker capacity, able to maintain and develop professional relations.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t

\n Naomi Chanin<\/strong> <\/em> | Examination Coordinator (English Assessments) \n

After qualifying in 2014 as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, Naomi has worked in a variety of small animal practices in the South West of the UK, including most recently at a 24-hour Veterinary Hospital where she joined the Out of Hours department as an Emergency and Critical Care Nurse.<\/p>\n

After developing her clinical skills and knowledge in Veterinary Nursing, Naomi was keen to pursue her career in a non-clinical role and she is proud to have joined the ISPVS team in February 2021 as an Examination Coordinator.<\/p>\n

Outside of work Naomi enjoys cooking and walks in the countryside with her two dogs. She also has an artistic side and loves to draw pet portraits in her spare time.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t

Paula was born in Hamburg, Germany, and currently lives in Braga.
\nShe studied Applied Languages – Translation at FLUP. She has worked in the automotive, textile and construction industries where, in addition to other activities, she has always done the translation work she loves so much.
\nShe is passionate about fashion (a field in which she worked for 22 years) and where she obtained further training in clothes modelling and photography, a passion she shares with her family and friends.
\nShe loves to cook, which is why her house is always a “full house” for friends and family. When she’s not cooking, she enjoys reading a good book and discovering new nature trails, especially in Portugal, with friends who share her passion.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t

Rosangel Carella Ferrante was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and is currently studying languages at the University of Porto, where she has been living since 2015.<\/p>\n

During all these years she developed a strong knowledge in the area of customer service with the Spanish and Portuguese market.<\/p>\n

She loves reading, traveling, learning new cultures and taking photos in her free time.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t

Silvia Signor graduated in Veterinary Medicine at the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna 2018. After a break to travel and volunteer, she started working as a veterinary surgeon in 2019 and has worked as a General Practitioner in Italy and the UK. Silvia joined ISVPS as Italian Examination Coordinator in 2021.<\/p>\n

Silvia enjoys her role in ISVPS because she strongly believes that improving the knowledge of vets is essential to improving animal health.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t

Wendy Liu graduated from Shandong University in 2008 in English and International Business, she devoted herself to animal health and welfare career as soon as she graduated. And in the year 2020, Wendy joined the ISVPS team of exam coordinators, she is responsible for ISVPS candidates in China. She loves life, loves work and loves small animals. She enjoys serving the candidates because improving the medical level of animal care means improving the welfare of small animals.
\nShe keeps two dogs and two rabbits with the family, and joins the local stray animals rescue organization, this makes her more busy but at the same time makes her feel more fulfilled.

Pour obtenir d\u2019accr\u00e9ditation de l\u2019ISVPS, les entit\u00e9s qui d\u00e9livrent les formations doivent remplir tous les crit\u00e8res \u00e9tablis qui seront \u00e9valu\u00e9s par le Comit\u00e9 d\u2019Accr\u00e9ditation, Pour plus de d\u00e9tails, veuillez consulter la page consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019accr\u00e9ditation.<\/p>\n

Comit\u00e9 de Validation et R\u00e9vision<\/h3>\n

Ce n\u2019est pas un comit\u00e9 officiel de l\u2019ISVPS, mais il fait partie int\u00e9grante du processus d\u2019examen. Le jury de validation est charg\u00e9 d\u2019examiner et de comparer toutes les questions d\u2019examen soumises. Les membres du jury de validation sont titulaires d\u2019un General Practitioner Certificate et d\u2019autres dipl\u00f4mes.<\/p>\n
